SECTION 20 – SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be added according to local laws.
SECTION 21 – LIABILITY WAIVER
Posnano is not liable for indirect, special, or incidental damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of goods.
SECTION 22 – CUSTOMS CHARGES
For shipments exceeding 60 cm, customs duties may apply (approx. 5%). Posnano will cover 20% of any duties. Customers are responsible for remaining amounts.
SECTION 23 – PROMOTIONS
Only one coupon code may be used per order.
SECTION 24 – PRICING ERRORS
Incorrect prices due to human error will be corrected. Customers may confirm the corrected price or cancel their order.
SECTION 25 – CANCELLED ORDERS
Orders not yet shipped may be cancelled within 2 days unless they are custom. Cancellation fees up to 25% may apply. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled; shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
SECTION 26 – EUROPEAN AND U.S. MODELS
Some products may display 220V but are safe to use on 110V. Worldwide models are compatible with local voltages.
